[origin: EP3117770A1] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for obtaining a more effective 3D facial image for medical use. The present invention provides a medical imaging system including a 2D surface image obtaining device including at least one camera for photographing a plurality of 2D facial images of an examinee, at different photography angles or ranges, a visual guidance configured to fix an examinee's line of vision, an X-ray radiography device for radiographing a 3D X-ray radiograph of the examinee's head, and an image synthesis unit for generating a 3D facial image by matching the plurality of 2D facial images with the 3D X-ray radiograph.
