The partial casing (7) is not fastened to the main casing at all along at least one longitudinal portion (38, 47), the longitudinal portion(s) (38) extending from one lateral edge (37) to the other and extending in total along a cumulative developed longitudinal length of at least 20% of the given developed longitudinal length (I).
