[origin: WO2015145020A1] The invention relates to a system for transferring a fluid between a ship and a facility, the system comprising a mast (1) comprising a proximal end which is intended to be pivotally mounted on a bridge (2) of the ship (3), and a distal end (7); a fluid-transfer line (4) extending along the mast (1); a flexible pipe (8) comprising a first end (9) which is connected to the fluid-transfer line (4) and a second end (10) which is intended to be connected to a manifold (11) of the facility, the flexible pipe (8) being equipped with a connection device having an emergency cut-off comprising two elements which are capable of automatically separating in a separation direction d when a separating force which is above a threshold is exerted; and a guide element (29) which is supported by the mast (1), and comprising a convex surface (30) for guiding the flexible pipe (8) which is capable of absorbing a pulling force of the flexible pipe (8) such that this force is exerted on the connection device having an emergency cut-off in the separation direction d.
