[origin: WO2015144473A1] The problem addressed by the invention is that of reducing the wrinkling tendency of a cotton textile or other cellulosic textile by a method that can be applied in the home. This problem was solved by bringing the textile in contact with a shape-memory polymer that has a switching temperature in the range of 20 °C to 60 °C and subsequently increasing the temperature of the textile above the glass transition temperature of the polymer located thereon.
