Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2015144785A1] A description is given of a locking device for a door having a frame which can be mounted in a stationary manner and has at least one wing mounted in the frame. The lock device has a lock case having an upper locking-bar connection device, which is mounted in a movable manner in the lock case, and an upper locking bar (7), which is connected thereto, and having a lower locking-bar connection device, which is mounted in a movable manner in the lock case, and a lower locking bar (7), which is connected thereto. The upper locking-bar connection device and the lower locking-bar connection device are coupled for movement, preferably coupled for movement simultaneously in opposite directions. The locking device has an upper locking end (11), which is assigned to the upper locking bar (7), and a lower locking end, which is assigned to the lower locking bar (7), wherein the upper locking end (11) is designed such that it can be moved relative to the upper locking bar (7) in the direction of extent of the upper locking bar (7) and/or the lower locking end is designed such that it can be moved relative to the lower locking bar (7) in the direction of extent of the lower locking bar (7). The locking device is designed such that, for locking purposes, the upper locking-bar connection device and the lower locking-bar connection device extend preferably simultaneously in opposite directions, but the lower locking end extends only when the upper locking end (11) has extended at least in part.
