The method for receiving downlink data comprises the following operations: checking a transmission parameter about data transmitted from an interfering cell; determining the existence of an interference signal based on the transmission parameter; determining whether or not a network assisted interference cancellation and suppression (NAICS) technique is applied based on any one from the transmission parameter and the existence of the interference signal; and decoding the downlink data according to the determination on the application of the NAICS.
