[origin: EP3124582A1] Provided is a water-based lubricating coating agent from which a lubricating coating film which has excellent corrosion resistance, workability, and film removability in practical use is obtained. A water-based lubricating coating agent characterized in that a water-soluble silicate (A) and at least one water-soluble inorganic salt (B) selected from the group consisting of a tungstate, a phosphate and a borate are blended such that the solid content mass ratio (B)/(A) falls within the range of 0.7 to 25.
