[origin: WO2015150633A1] A floating structure comprising at least one deck structure (2), which has a deck level (21) and on which is arranged at least one space unit (3). The space unit includes a wet space with a floor structure (61) provided with a discharge pipe (8). Further, the space unit (3) is provided with an external service facility with a bottom (51). The deck structure (2) is provided with a recess (22) corresponding to at least a surface area of the bottom (51) of the service facility (5). At least the bottom (51) of the service facility (5) is at a given level below the deck level (21). In order to monitor or collect any leakage in connection with the wet space, a lowered surface are provided at least by the bottom (51) of the service facility (5) is provided with a leakage detector (10) or with a sewer pipe (11).
