Device also comprises a device for holding in a closed position for holding a valve in a closed position, a magnetic means for returning to a closed position, adapted for return of movable valve to closed position, device of valve inclination, adapted for orientation of valve in open position. Holding device in closed position comprises the first magnetic element on movable valve acting together by attraction with second magnetic element interconnected with hollow housing (10) or with check valve. Magnetic means of returning to closed position comprises third magnetic element, wherein first magnetic element and third magnetic element perform force of repulsion between them. Hollow housing (10) comprises a bottom and a peripheral wall provided with a drain hole. Device of valve inclination is adapted for valve orientation relative to housing bottom.
