[origin: US2017038730A1] A timepiece regulating mechanism including an escape wheel set subjected to a drive torque, and at least one resonator including a rigid structure connected to a plate by an elastic return and carrying at least one inertia arm cooperating with this escape wheel set via magnetically and/or electrically charged tracks comprised both in this inertia arm and in this escape wheel set, to form a synchronizing device between the escape wheel set and the resonator, and the synchronizing device is protected from loss of synchronization in the event of an accidental torque increase by a mechanical anti-desynchronization mechanism including mechanical escapement stops carried by the escape wheel set, and at least one mechanical inertia arm stop, carried by the inertia arm, and together arranged to maintain stopped in abutment in such event.

Mécanisme régulateur (200) d'horlogerie comportant un mobile d'échappement (10) soumis à un couple moteur, et au moins un résonateur (100) comportant une structure rigide (110) reliée à une platine (1) par des moyens de rappel élastique (120) et portant au moins un bras inertiel (130) coopérant avec ledit mobile d'échappement (10) par des pistes magnétisées ou/et électrisées que comportent à la fois ledit bras inertiel (130) et ledit mobile d'échappement (10), pour former un dispositif de synchronisation entre ledit mobile d'échappement (10) et ledit résonateur (100), où ledit dispositif de synchronisation est protégé d'un décrochage lors d'une augmentation accidentelle de couple par un mécanisme d'anti-décrochage mécanique comportant des butées mécaniques d'échappement (12) portées par ledit mobile d'échappement (10) et au moins une butée mécanique de bras inertiel (132) portée par ledit bras inertiel (130), et agencées ensemble pour un maintien d'arrêt de butée en pareil cas.
