[origin: WO2015155115A1] The invention relates to an adjustable camshaft (1) for the valve train of an internal combustion engine, comprising an outer shaft (10) and an inner shaft (11) that extends through the outer shaft (10). At least one cam element (12) is arranged on the outer shaft (10) and is connected to the inner shaft (11) for conjoint rotation therewith. The cam element (12) is rotatably accommodated on the outer surface (14) of the outer shaft (10) in such a way that a bearing (13) is formed. According to the invention, the bearing (13) includes rolling elements (15) between the cam element (12) and the outer surface (14) of the outer shaft (10).
