The air spreading device at least comprises an air spreading chamber; the air spreading chamber comprises an upper part bulk material opening, one or more than one air flow draught fan for separating bulk materials in the air spreading chamber, an air supply housing and a nozzle unit which is adjacent to an air supply housing in a flow direction. The nozzle unit comprises a plurality of nozzle chambers of the discharge nozzles which are arranged in columns or in rows; and the cross sections of the discharge nozzles are reduced from rectangle input cross sections to elliptical output cross sections along a flow direction in a funnel shape manner. The invention also relates to a bulk material device for manufacturing a bulk pad of a material flat plate. The bulk material device has an air spreading device and has at least one bulk material chamber positioned above the spreading device and a bulk material transmission device arranged under the spreading device.

Es handelt sich um eine Windstreuvorrichtung (3) zum Aufstreuen von Streugut auf einen Streubandförderer (4), mit zumindest einer Windstreukammer (5), welche eine obere Streugutöffnung (6) aufweist, über welche Streugut in die Windstreukammer (5) eingebracht wird, einem oder mehrere Ventilatoren (7) zur Erzeugung von Luftströmen für die Separierung des Streugutes in der Windstreukammer (5), einem Luftzuführgehäuse (8) durch welches die von den Ventilatoren erzeugten Luftströme in die Windstreukammer (5) geleitet werden und einer sich in Strömungsrichtung an das Luftzuführgehäuse (8) anschließenden Düseneinheit (12). Die Düseneinheit (12) weist eine Düsenkammer (13) mit einer Vielzahl von in Spalten und Reihen angeordneten Auslassdüsen (14) auf. Die Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Auslassdüsen jeweils in Strömungsrichtung trichterförmig von einem rechteckigen Eingangsquerschnitt (E)in einen runden oder ovalen Ausgangsquerschnitt (A) verjüngen.
