The invention further relates to a method for operating the steam turbine at a speed of more than 50 Hz.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dampfturbine (1) mit einem in einem gemeinsamen Außengehäuse (4) angeordneten Hoch- und Mitteldruckbereich (5, 6), die wiederum in einem Hochdruck-Innengehäuse (11) und einem Mitteldruck-Innengehäuse (18) angeordnet sind, wobei der Mitteldruckbereich zweiflutig ausgeführt ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zum Betreiben der Dampfturbine mit einer Drehzahl von über 50 Hz.
