[origin: EP2932946A1] Apparatus for adapting a body temperature, connected or connectable to an infusion device, preferably configured as an infusion needle, and a further temperature adaption device comprising a heatexchanger, preferably configured as an intravascular catheter or pad comprising the heatexchanger, wherein during use the infusion device and the further temperature adaption device share a fluid circuit portion through which fluid infusible to the patient and fluid intended for heat exchange in the further temperature adaption device flow; a controller adapted to control the body temperature by controlling the infusion of the infusion device and the heat exchange of the further temperature adaption device; and/or a fluid supply providing fluid for adapting the body temperature.
