Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2015158676A1] The invention relates to a garbage can (1) having an injection-molded plastic body (2) comprising side walls (3, 4, 5, 6) and a bottom wall (8), which are arranged in relation to each other in such a way that the side walls and the bottom wall jointly bound a cavity (15) having an opening (17) opposite the bottom wall (8), wherein every two side walls (3, 4, 5, 6) facing each other integrally transition into each other in a common corner region (11, 12, 13, 14), and wherein a standing strip (26), which extends at least partially along the edges (27, 28, 29) of a bottom wall surface (25) of the bottom wall (8) that faces away from the cavity (15), is arranged on said bottom wall surface (25), which standing strip has curved short standing-strip segments (30, 31) at some of the common corner regions (11, 12, 13, 14), which short standing-strip segments are adjoined by long standing-strip segments (32, 33, 34), wherein the curved short standing-strip segments (30, 31) are at least partially decoupled from the long standing-strip segments (32, 33, 34) by material recesses (35, 36, 37, 38).
