The household appliance for the fabric processing with steam comprises a control button (B) connected to a control module (6), wherein the control module (6) controls diffusion of the steam which passes steam output holes (21) formed in the equipment; according to actuated modes, the control button (B) allows starting of a first steam flow called as a standard steam flow or allows staring of a second steam flow called as a special steam flow; characteristics of the special steam flow are different from characteristics of the standard steam flow; and the special steam flow is characterized in that the control module (6) instructs diffusion of the special steam flow when the control button (B) is actuated for continuous three times during a time interval which is shorter than preset time t1.

Appareil électroménager pour le traitement du linge à la vapeur comportant un bouton de commande (B) relié à un module de commande (6) pilotant la diffusion de vapeur au travers de trous de sortie de vapeur (21) ménagés sur l'appareil, le bouton de commande (B) permettant de démarrer un premier flux de vapeur, dit standard, ou un deuxième flux de vapeur, dit spécifique, en fonction de la façon dont il est actionné, ledit flux de vapeur spécifique présentant des caractéristiques distinctes de celles du flux de vapeur standard, caractérisé en ce que ledit module de commande (6) ordonne la diffusion du flux de vapeur spécifique lorsque le bouton de commande (B) est actionné trois fois de suite dans un intervalle de temps inférieur à un temps t 1 prédéterminé.
