An electric heating device according to one embodiment can comprise: a heat dissipation fin; a PTC guide unit positioned on one side of the heat dissipation fin; a terminal frame having an electrode terminal unit on one end part thereof and covering an outer side of the heat dissipation fin; and a PTC device supported by the PTC guide unit, wherein one end part of the PTC guide unit may have a terminal connection part coupled to the electrode terminal part.
