[origin: WO2015165852A1] An arrangement for forming an elongate, channel-type accommodation space comprises at least two elongate mounting rail elements (1, 2), two of the mounting rail elements (1, 2) being arranged so that their front faces abut via a joint (3). The arrangement further comprises a first profiled part (4) and a second profiled part (5) connected to the first profiled part (4) to form the channel-type accommodation space (6), said space at least substantially extending at least over the length of the two mounting rail elements (1, 2), and one of the two profiled parts (4, 5) being fastened to the mounting rail elements (1, 2).
