[origin: WO2015169548A1] What is proposed is a seal arrangement for sealing a pressure space (2) in a high-pressure pump, which is bounded by a first and a second bounding element (3, 4), with a separate seal element (5) which has a first sealing face (51) for cooperating with the first bounding element (3) and a second sealing face (52) for cooperating with the second bounding element (4), wherein the two sealing faces (51, 52) are inclined with respect to one another and each has a slot (53, 54) for receiving a seal ring (55), and wherein the seal element (5) is arranged and configured such that, when pressurized, it is displaceable all along one of the bounding elements (3, 4). Also proposed is a high-pressure pump with such a seal arrangement.
