[origin: EP3142452A1] A communication control method according to one embodiment comprises controlling a dual connectivity communication using a master base station configured to establish an RRC connection with a user terminal and a secondary base station configured to provide additional radio resources to the user terminal. The controlling comprises the steps of: detecting, by the user terminal, a radio link failure between the user terminal and the secondary base station; reporting, by the user terminal, the radio link failure to the master base station; and transmitting, by the master base station, a stop instruction signal to the secondary base station.
