Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2015173628A1] The invention relates to a differential gear for the substantially output-neutral exchange of rotational energy between at least three rotary connections, said differential gear comprising at least one planetary gear and at least one sun- or ring gear meshing with same, wherein at least one planetary gear, moved in its axial direction, has three circumferential regions, each with toothing running around same, and each having a different diameter, wherein a respective sun- or ring gear meshes with each toothed circumferential region of the planetary gear(s), said sun- or ring gear being rotationally coupled or connected to a respective rotary connection of the differential gear. The invention also relates to a method for producing a gear of this type, and to a development of a differential gear according to the invention into a continuously variable transmission, simply requiring a shiftless differential gear having a form-lock between one drive and two drives (transfer gearbox), or between two drives and one drive (summation gearbox).
