[origin: WO2015176944A1] The present invention concerns a method for the combustion of an alloy of an electropositive metal using a fuel gas, the electropositive metal being selected from alkaline-, alkaline earth metals, aluminium and zinc, as well as mixtures thereof, the alloy of the electropositive metal comprising at least two electropositive metals, the alloy of the electropositive metal being combusted using the fuel gas. The invention also concerns a device for carrying out the method.
