[origin: WO2015181219A1] Cosmetic product applicator with a felt tip The invention relates to a device (1) for dispensing and applying a cosmetic product, comprising: - a container (3) intended to contain a cosmetic product, said container (3) defining a cosmetic product reservoir and opening out through an orifice (7) for dispensing the cosmetic product; - a cosmetic product applicator member (5) made in fiber material and inserted into said dispensing orifice (7) so as to cross said dispensing orifice (7); - a means (12; 60, 62) for dispensing said cosmetic product out of the container (3), the dispensing means being configured so as to generate an underpressure or an overpressure in the cosmetic product reservoir so as to force the cosmetic product to pass through the applicator member (5). The dispensing and application device further comprises a sealing sheath (45) surrounding the applicator member (5) at the dispensing orifice (7).
