[origin: WO2015181400A1] The invention relates to a lock cylinder (10) for at least an ignition starter switch (50) or a steering wheel lock (70) in a vehicle, comprising a cylinder core (12), which is at least rotatably accommodated in a cylinder housing (11), wherein at least one blocking element (13) is provided in the cylinder core (12), which blocking element prevents rotation of the cylinder core (12) in the cylinder housing (11) in a blocking position and releases rotation in the cylinder housing (11) in a release position, and wherein a key channel (12.1) extends through the cylinder core (12), into which key channel a key (14) can be inserted and by means of which key channel the blocking element (13) can be moved between the blocking position and the release position, and wherein at least two rotational positions (0, III) can be assumed by the cylinder core (12), namely an off position (0) and a start position (III), wherein a key (14) can be inserted into and removed from the key channel (12.1) in the off position (0) and at least one load, in particular a starter of the vehicle, can be switched on in the start position (III). According to the invention, a resetting block (15), in particular a mechanical resetting block, is present, which prevents resetting of the cylinder core (12) at least from the start position (III) to the off position (0) by means of a rotation, in particular a simple rotation, of the cylinder core (12).
