Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2015185363A1] The invention relates to a device (100) for introducing a bead-like formation into a wall region of a tube. In particular, the device comprises a drive shaft (120) for rotationally driving a tool head (150), on which a supporting roller (162) and a freely rotatably mounted inner rolling pin (170) are held. Provided concentrically in relation to the drive shaft is a cup-shaped guiding head (140) with a sleeve-shaped wall. To allow the formations to be formed even from the inside of the tube, according to the invention a first conical guiding surface along which the retaining device (180) slides is provided on the inner side of the sleeve-shaped wall (142) in a first angular region at the circumference, whereby the inner rolling pin (170) can be moved radially, in order to stamp the desired bead-like formation into the wall of the tube.
