[origin: US2017105456A1] The pants, in particular underpants, include an elastic band and fly opening. The underpants have a bib-like flap in the front region, which is undetachably connected with the underpants in the crotch area. Present in the front region of the elastic band is a VELCRO fastening strip, and a counter-VELCRO fastening strip is fastened to the bib-like flap. The VELCRO fastening strips form a detachable connection between the bib-like flap and the elastic band of the underpants. A grip band is situated on the bib-like flap in the detachable area. This grip band is oversized relative to the length of the bib-like flap, so that the user is able to easily reach with his hand between the flap and grip band, and can detach the bib-like flap from the waistband, so that the fly opening is now completely exposed, and he can grip the genitals or activate a catheter.

Die Hose, insbesondere Unterhose (1) weist einen elastischen Bund (2) und eine Eingriffsöffnung (3) auf. Die Unterhose (1) hat im Frontbereich eine latzförmige Klappe (7), die im verstärkten Schrittbereich (4) unlösbar mit der Unterhose (1) verbunden ist. Die latzförmige Klappe (7) besitzt im lösbaren, oberen Bereich Klettverschlussstreifen (8, 9), wobei das eine Band als Hakenband und das andere Band als Flauschband gestaltet ist. Im Frontbereich des elastischen Bundes 1 ist ein Klettverschlussstreifen (8, 9) vorhanden und an der latzförmigen Klappe (7) ist ein Gegenklettverschlussstreifen (8, 9) angebracht. Die Klettverschlussstreifen (8, 9) bilden eine lösbare Verbindung zwischen der latzförmigen Klappe (7) und dem elastischen Bund (2) der Unterhose (1). An der latzförmigen Klappe (7) im lösbaren Bereich ist ein Griffband (10) angeordnet. Dieses Griffband weist gegenüber der Länge der latzförmigen Klappe (7) ein Übermass auf, so dass der Benutzter leicht mit der Hand zwischen der Klappe (7) und dem Griffband (10) einzugreifen vermag und so die latzförmige Klappe vom Bund lösen kann und nun die Eingriffsöffnung (3) vollständig frei liegt und er das Genital ergreifen bzw. einen Katheter betätigen kann.
