[origin: WO2015197676A1] The invention relates to a heel-protecting device (2) for shoes (1) having a heel (6) and having a sole (8) spaced apart from the heel (6) in the direction of a shoe longitudinal extent, preferably for high-heeled shoes having a stiletto heel, comprising supporting means (4) for enlarging the stepping surface (17) of the heel (6) of the shoe (1), which supporting means comprise a heel-supporting segment (5) for the heel (6), a sole-supporting segment (7) for the sole (8), and a connecting segment (10), which connects the heel-supporting segment (5) and the sole-supporting segment (7) to each other, preferably integrally, along the shoe longitudinal extent in order to bridge the distance between the heel (6) and the sole (8), wherein the heel-protecting device (1) has fastening means (3) associated with the supporting means (4) for detachably fastening the supporting means (4) to the shoe (1), wherein the supporting means (4) are more rigid than the fastening means (3) and wherein the fastening means (3) comprise a front pocket (12) for surrounding a front shoe tip (11) of the shoe (1) and a rear pocket (14) for surrounding an upper (13) of the shoe (1), which upper bears the heel (6).
