Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2015197785A1] The present invention relates to a static arc-striking contact assembly, comprising a housing, a shaft, a static arc-striking contact and a spring, wherein the housing has an opening. One end of the static arc-striking contact extends into the opening and is rotatably connected to the housing by means of the shaft. The spring is connected to the housing and causes the static arc-striking contact to be deflected towards one side of the opening. The present invention also relates to a grounding switch comprising the static arc-striking contact assembly. The static arc-striking contact assembly and grounding switch thereof of the present invention can be used for higher voltage ratings, operate reliably and have low costs.
