Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kältegerät, insbesondere Haushaltskältegerät (1), mit einem Korpus (2) und einer Tür (2), die jeweils durch eine Wandung (5,6) einen zumindest bereichsweise mit Isolationsmaterial (27) gefüllten Hohlraum (24) begrenzen, weiterhin mit einem Hinterlegteil (18), welches isolationsseitig an einer Rückseite (19) der Wandung (6) anliegt und eine Öffnung (16,17) der Wandung (6) gegenüber einem Austritt von Isolationsmaterial (27) abdichtet. Erfindungsgemäß ist dabei vorgesehen, dass das Hinterlegteil (18) an einem Durchbruch (28,51) eines innerhalb des Hohlraumes (24) angeordnetem Abschnittes (23) eines Wandelementes (22) der Wandung (6) mit einem an einem Federarm (31,32) angeordnetem Haltemittel (33,34) verankert ist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kältegerätes.
