[origin: US2017130380A1] The needle module for mounting in receptacles of a needle board of a needling machine comprises a plurality of module segments. Each module segment comprises a segment head and at least one needle, and the segment head is equipped with the at least one needle. The needle module also comprises a guide element extending in a longitudinal direction of the needle module. In an adjustment state of the needle module, the module segments are connected to the guide element, and at least one module segment is movable along the guide element.

Das Nadelmodul (10) für ein Nadelbrett (1) einer Nadelmaschine umfasst eine Mehrzahl von Modulsegmenten (20), wobei jedes Modulsegment (20) einen Segmentkopf (30) und mindestens eine Nadel (40) umfasst, wobei der Segmentkopf (30) mit der mindestens einen Nadel (40) ausgestattet ist. Weiterhin umfasst das Nadelmodul (10) ein in einer Längsrichtung (L) des Nadelmoduls (10) verlaufendes Führungselement (50), wobei in einem Einstellungszustand des Nadelmoduls (10) die Modulsegmente (20) mit dem Führungselement (50) verbunden sind und mindestens ein Modulsegment (20) entlang dem Führungselement (50) bewegbar ist.
