[origin: EP2085559A2] The retractable sealing device has a lowering element with a position which is held in the lowering element with respect to a guiding profile rail (1) in a movable manner. A power transmission pole (9) is connected with a driver (91) which works during longitudinal displacement of the power transmission pole in a direction of the position of the lowering element and does not work during longitudinal displacement of the power transmission pole in another position of the lowering element, where the latter position is adjustable against the fixed direction. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a door or window wing has a guiding profile rail; and (2) a door or window has a framework.
