[origin: CZ305699B6] In the present invention, there is disclosed a multipurpose footwear for diabetics with optimized structure suitable as walking shoes, ceremonial shoes as well as sports footwear, wherein the footwear of the present invention is provided with a sole section (4) that is glued onto an upper (1). The derby upper (1) has a lowered derby with a closure able to compensate optional light deformations of a foot sole, and reinforcing upper parts, particularly heel and toe case are made of elastic thermoplastic materials with plastic memory. Internal outfit of the footwear consists of a sock lining (2) with a lower nonwoven fibrous layer (2.1) and an upper expanded layer (2.2) with open pores and plastic memory, and a loose insole (3) consisting of a lower layer (3.1) a middle layer (3.2), and an upper textile layer (3.3). On the bottom side of said lower layer (3.1), in regions with the largest concentration of the foot sole pressure, particularly in the area below the fingers, in the area below the metatarsal bones, in the area below the middle and rear extreme portion of the foot sole and in the area in front of the heel bone, there are situated shape-set projecting parts of a gel padding (3.4) that can be anchored by pressing in the upper expanded layer (2.2) of the sock lining (2) with plastic memory wherein said middle layer (3.2) is made of damping foam with plastic memory. The glued sole section (4) comprises a middle sole (4.1) made of expanded polyurethane and a contact layer (4.2) made of compact thermoplastic polyurethane.
