[origin: WO2016009132A1] The subject of the present invention is an electrically conductive OLED carrier (100) including, in this order: a glazing substrate; an electrode formed from a metal grid (2) made up of strands (20); an insulating light extraction layer (41) under the metal grid (20); and a layer (3) partially structured in its thickness, this layer (3) being of given composition and of refractive index n3 of 1.7 to 2.3, and being located on the light extraction layer, which partially structured layer (3) is formed: from a region (31) structured with cavities containing the metal grid; and from another region, called the low region (31), located on the light extraction layer, the separation H between the surface called the high surface (31'), of the structured region (31) and the surface of the metal grid (2) called the upper surface, and therefore that furthest from the substrate, being larger than 100 nm. The strands (2) have along their length a central zone (21) between lateral zones (22, 22') that are flush with the high surface (31').
