[origin: WO2014080093A1] The invention concerns a device for producing and dispensing a customised cosmetic product, said product being produced by mixing at least two cosmetic components housed in respective containers (11, 103 ), characterised by the fact that: • said at least two cosmetic components comprise at least two base components and at least one, two, three, four, five or six active components, · at least one of said containers comprises an identification code and said device comprises detection means (12) for detecting said identification code, • the containers of the base components comprise an outlet opening and are housed in a base support member (25), and • said device comprises: a control means (13) controlling a mixing block (14) and connected to the detection means (12), said control means (13) being capable of controlling the mixing of said at least two cosmetic components on the basis of the detected identification codes, a mixing block (51) of the cosmetic components comprising an inlet opening, and two cylinders (52, 53) provided with pistons (50) capable of being driven in opposite movements so as to transfer the content of one of the cylinders into the other cylinder, said inlet opening in the mixing block being formed in one of said cylinders, at least one actuator (20, 21) capable of bringing the base support member into a position in which the outlet opening of one predefined base component container is in sealed contact with the inlet opening (82) of the mixing block.

La demande concerne un dispositif de mélange (51) d'au moins deux composants cosmétiques comprenant deux cylindres (52 et 53) munis chacun d'un orifice (110) reliés par un conduit (55) et munis de pistons (50) susceptibles d'être animés par un actionneur de mouvements opposés de manière à transférer le contenu d'un des cylindres (52 ou 53) dans l'autre cylindre (52 ou 53) par les orifices (110) et le conduit (55), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un orifice d'entrée pour les composants cosmétiques formé dans un desdits cylindres (52 ou 53) et qu'il comprend une vanne principale (56) munie de trois perçages et/ou une vanne auxiliaire (57) munie d'un perçage. La demande concerne également un procédé pour la fabrication par mélange d'au moins deux composants cosmétiques et la distribution d'un produit cosmétique personnalisé, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant: - à amener à un dispositif de mélange 51 selon l'invention au moins deux composants cosmétiques dans un contenant respectif, - à effectuer le mélange desdits au moins deux composants cosmétiques dans ledit dispositif de mélange.
