Abstract (en)

[origin: CN106985513A] A printing press (1) comprises an anilox roller (2), a supplying device (6) for supplying a fluid to the anilox roller (2), a stripping device used for stripping the fluid from the anilox roller (2), and a floating roller (11). The stripping device is a roller (3) or a roller drum, and the floating roller (11), at the rotation direction (10) of the anilox roller (2), and is arranged after the supplying device (6) and before the stripping device. The anilox roller (2) has an anilox surface comprising protruding surface portions, such as a bridging portion, and recess surface portions, such as a slot. In a method of operating the printing press (1), the anilox roller (2) is adopted as an anilox roller (2), and the protruding surface portions in the anilox roller (2) account for 10% of the anilox surface.
