Die Erfindung betrifft ein Profil (12) aus Kunststoffmaterial zur Befestigung einer Scheibe (1) an einem Rahmen (3), umfassend einen an der Scheibe (1) zur Anlage bringbaren ersten Befestigungsabschnitt (14) und einen am Rahmen (3) verankerbaren zweiten Befestigungsabschnitt (18) und zumindest einen von den Befestigungsabschnitten (14, 18) wegragenden Klemmabschnitt (23, 25) mit einer Raste (30) zum Festklemmen einer Abdeckleiste (13), wobei zumindest ein Teil (33) der Raste (30) aus einem elastischeren Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt ist als der Klemmabschnitt (23, 25).
