Abstract (en)
A variable capacity piston pump 1 comprises a control piston 50 pressing a pressed portion 33 of a swashplate 30 from a cylinder block 14 side to adjust an inclination of the swashplate 33 between a maximum inclination and a minimum inclination, and a swashplate return spring 60 biasing the pressed portion 33 of the swashplate 30 toward the cylinder block 14 side of the sliding contact surface 30a, wherein there is a positional relationship in which a vertical reference line Z passes between a first seat surface center position A1 of the swashplate return spring 60 when the swashplate 30 is at the maximum inclination and a second seat surface center position A2 of the swashplate return spring 60 when the swashplate 30 is at the minimum inclination.
