The receiving body comprises a base body (3a) arranged in a door leaf base body (2a) of the door leaf (2) and a projection (3b) arranged in the door fold (2b). The hinge arch support is surrounded by the projection (3b) on two sides and is connected with a receiving body (8) fixed to a door frame (11) on the door frame side. According to the invention, a sealing piece (9) is provided with two abutment arms (9a) which rest against an inner side (10) of the projection (3b) on both sides of the hinge bracket (7) and with a connecting section (9b) connecting the abutment arms (9a). The invention also relates to a door system including the door hinge provided by the invention.
