[origin: WO2016024140A2] The invention relates to a process, which makes it possible to accomplish a dental implantation surgery using an implantation guide also in those cases, when the restricted oral opening of the patient would not allow this. Furthermore, the process according to the invention ensures that the dental bone be prepared for multiple implants with varying lenghts with the help of few drills with given length. The process according to the invention further ensures the shortest drill length necessary for the elaboration of the dental bone, the longest possible guide-height, furthermore that the guide be placed the closest possible to the implant neck.
