Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2016023760A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a coated substrate by applying to the substrate at least one coating compound, which comprises a plastic selected from the group consisting of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO) or mixtures thereof, with the following steps: a) wet cleaning of the untreated substrate; b) applying a first coating compound; c) intermediate drying or wet/wet treatment of the substrate coated with the first coating compound; d) applying a second coating compound, which is curable thermally and by actinic radiation (dual cure); e) heating or drying of the coated substrate, wherein a polyaddition takes place; f) exposing the coated substrate to actinic radiation, wherein a polymerization is initiated.
