[origin: WO2016023902A1] The invention relates to a pressure supply device for a vehicle system, comprising an air treatment system (1) with an air dryer and air filter unit (2) for drying and purifying the compressed air supplied by the compressor (3). A first pressure-limiting valve (7a) for forming a high pressure circuit (8) is arranged down of the air dryer and air filter unit (2). The high pressure circuit (8) comprises a high pressure container (10), for storing compressed air, which is arranged outside of a housing (9) of the air treatment system (1). According to the invention, an over flow valve (11a) for securing the high pressure circuit of the high pressure circuit (10) is arranged upstream of the high pressure container (10) and a pneumatic motor (12) for converting pneumatic energy and returning it into the vehicle system is arranged downstream of the high pressure container (10).
