[origin: MX2016016264A] The invention relates to a method for producing hollow metallic workpieces from a jacket tube (5) having a profiled inner surface (2) and a lining (3) following the profiled inner surface (2) from a material layer forming a composite with the material of the jacket tube (5) , wherein the jacket tube (5) is forged over a mandrel. In order to provide advantageous manufacturing conditions, it is proposed that the material layer of the lining (3) is introduced into the jacket tube (5) preformed in the vicinity of the profiled inner surface (2), before the preformed jacket tube (5) with the material layer of the lining (3 ) is forged over the mandrel defining the profiled inner surface (2) of the workpiece.

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen hohler metallischer Werkstücke aus einem Mantelrohr (5) mit einer profilierten Innenfläche (2) und einer der profilierten Innenfläche (2) folgenden Auskleidung (3) aus einer mit dem Werkstoff des Mantelrohrs (5) einen Verbund bildenden Werkstoffschicht beschrieben, wobei das Mantelrohr (5) über einen Dorn geschmiedet wird. Um vorteilhafte Herstellungsbedingungen zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass in das in Annäherung an die profilierte Innenfläche (2) vorgeformte Mantelrohr (5) die Werkstoffschicht der Auskleidung (3) eingebracht wird, bevor das vorgeformte Mantelrohr (5) mit der Werkstoffschicht der Auskleidung (3) über den die profilierte Innenfläche (2) des Werkstücks bestimmenden Dorn geschmiedet wird.
