According to the invention, the circuit carrier (11) has a recess (25, 26) in the direction of the circuit carrier (11) at least in the region of one lateral surface (18, 19), preferably in the region of two opposing lateral surfaces (18, 19) of the connection region (13), and is thus designed in an elastically deformable manner.
