The loading device (30) includes a guide member (41) and a linkage mechanism (44). The guide member (41) is formed with a first guide groove (412) and a second guide groove (413). The linkage mechanism (44) includes a lower link (46), a slide member (48), and a clamp assembly (49) for holding the fastener (1). The slide member (48) is disposed movably on the guide member (41). The lower link (46) is pivoted to the slide member (48) and the clamp assembly (49). During movement of the slide member (48) relative to the guide member (41) for moving the fastener (1) into the loading hole (211), the lower link (46) is alternatively engaged to the first guide groove (412) and the second guide groove (413).
