[origin: CN106927374A] This tower crane comprises a boom and a telescopic mast having a first and a second sliding mast sections along a longitudinal direction (Z10). A front latch (30) and a rear latch (40) are movable between: locking positions, wherein the front latch (30) and the rear latch (40) immobilize the first boom section relative to the second mast section, and the release positions. In the first mast section, an actuating device (50) moves the front latch (30) and the rear latch (40) between positions of release and locked. The front latch (30) transmits, between the first mast section and the second mast section, only forces oriented in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (Z10).
