[origin: WO2017108803A1] The invention relates to a prefabricated cable (1, 31, 61) comprising at least one electric line (3, 33, 63) and at least one connected plug connector (5, 35, 65) for a water-tight plug connection. The line (3, 33, 63) is electrically connected to a contact element arranged in a contact support (7) of the plug connector (5, 35, 65), wherein the line (3, 33, 63) is enclosed by a water-tight surrounding overmolding in the region adjoining the plug connector (5, 35, 65), and the plug connector (5, 35, 65) is enclosed by the overmolding in the region adjoining the line (3, 33, 63). A stopper (9, 39, 69) which is formed as a separate part is inserted into a receiving opening (10) of the contact support (7), the line (3, 33, 63) runs through the stopper (9, 39, 69) and into the contact support (7), and the overmolding at least partly encloses the stopper (9, 39, 69). The invention further relates to a plug connector for such a prefabricated cable (1, 31, 61).

Abstract (de)

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein konfektioniertes Kabel (1, 31, 61) mit mindestens einer elektrischen Leitung (3, 33, 63) und mit mindestens einem verbundenen Steckverbinder (5, 35, 65) für eine wasserdichte Steckverbindung. Die Leitung (3, 33, 63) ist mit einem in einem Kontaktträger (7) des Steckverbinders (5, 35, 65) angeordneten Kontaktelement elektrisch verbunden, wobei die Leitung (3, 33, 63) im an den Steckverbinder (5, 35, 65) angrenzenden Bereich und der Steckverbinder (5, 35, 65) im an die Leitung (3, 33, 63) angrenzenden Bereich mit einer wasserdicht umschließenden Umspritzung umschlossen ist. In eine Aufnahmeöffnung (10) des Kontaktträgers (7) ist ein als separates Teil ausgebildeter Stopfen (9, 39, 69) eingesteckt, die Leitung (3, 33, 63) verläuft durch den Stopfen (9, 39, 69) und in den Kontaktträger (7), und die Umspritzung umschließt den Stopfen (9, 39, 69) zumindest teilweise. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung einen Steckverbinder für ein solches konfektioniertes Kabel (1, 31, 61).
