Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2016030367A1] The invention relates to a method for automated processing of at least one food product according to at least one predetermined recipe parameter, by means of an electric kitchen appliance (1) for producing a meal. The following steps are provided according to the invention: detecting an actual parameter of the food product to be processed, comparing the actual parameter of the food product to be processed with a target parameter of the food product to be processed, and correcting the recipe parameter depending on the deviation of the actual parameter of the food product to be processed from the target parameter of the food product to be processed. A method is thus provided for automated processing of a food product by means of an electric kitchen appliance with a high probability of success.
