[origin: WO2016012663A1] The invention relates to a land vehicle comprising at least a vehicle interior, a chassis (3) supporting said interior and an electric power supply unit (9), said chassis (3) having an upper edge (3A) in line with which said vehicle interior (2) is positioned, the latter comprising a floor (17) fixed to the chassis (3) and resting on at least one part of said upper edge (3A), said vehicle being characterized in that it comprises a first seal (18) interposed between said floor (17) and said at least one part of said upper edge (3A) so that said floor (17), said chassis (3) and said first seal (18) contribute to forming a fluid tight bowl which fits over said electric power supply unit (9) while at the same time allowing said electric power supply unit (9) to be accessed from the underside of the vehicle.
