Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1), insbesondere zur nachträglichen Anbringung an ein Fenster (2) oder eine Tür, die Verriegelungsvorrichtung umfassend: - einen Sockel (10), der eine Bohrung (11) aufweist, - einen Schwenkhebel (20), der einen Sperrriegel (21) und einen von dem Sperrriegel (21) abragenden, sich in die Bohrung (11) erstreckenden und eine Längsachse (L) aufweisenden Bolzen (22) aufweist, wobei der Schwenkhebel (20) in einer ersten Drehposition und einer zweiten Drehposition um die LÀ¤ngsachse (L) jeweils entlang der Längsachse (L) des Bolzens (22) zwischen einer eingerückten Position und einer ausgerückten Position verschiebbar ist, wobei der Schwenkhebel (20) in seiner eingerückten Position von dem Sockel (10) gegen Drehung um die Längsachse (L) blockiert ist und in seiner ausgerückten Position um die Längsachse (L) zwischen der ersten Drehposition und der zweiten Drehposition verdrehbar ist, wobei eine Feder (23), welche angepasst ist, so zwischen dem Sockel (10) und dem Schwenkhebel (20) zu wirken, dass der Schwenkhebel (20) von der Feder (23) in seiner eingerückten Position gehalten wird.
