[origin: WO2016037603A1] The present invention relates to a screen (1) having a vertically adjustable flat base (2) which contains an annular closed frame (15), at least one carrier (19), arranged in the interior of the frame (15) and supporting same, and a covering (5) which completely surrounds the frame (15) and which is held fixedly and taut by fixing means (8) in an outer peripheral groove (7) in the frame (15). In order to set up or install the screen (1), holding devices (3) are provided and arranged in such a way that each carrier (19), which, when the base (2) is in a vertical position, itself extends vertically, is directly or indirectly supported by the holding devices (3). The invention further relates to a screen system having at least one such screen (1). The system contains additionally connecting means (13) for coupling one screen (1) to another screen (1) or other workstation-related articles, and the connecting means (13) are designed for lockingly engaging with the outer peripheral groove (7).
